Penerapan Metode Usability Testing dan System Usability Scale untuk Mengevaluasi Website Akademik

A web-based academic information system, developed to address the demands of organizations wishing computerize their educational offerings improve efficiency, service excellence, competitiveness and quality workforce. The Syarif Kasim Riau Islamic University Animal Husbandry Study Program is one universities that has an website. This website was launched in 2013 last updated 2017, but its never been assessed. study aims assess usability using System Usability Scale (SUS) test on Uin Suska Research In this study, testing done by giving tasks users complete, SUS used measure user satisfaction with websites. Respondents were taken a random sampling technique total 85 respondents obtained from slovin formula. ranking adjectives including ok class F scale unacceptable acceptance range category, namely websites, final result 50.03 according calculations. results include 5 recommendations for improvement solutions as reference future development.
